Agreement and Store Use

For eligible requests, use of the hexclad website and checkout constitutes agreement to these Terms of Service together with the incorporated policies. For customer assurance, lawful use is required; interference, unauthorized access, abusive activity, and infringement are prohibited.

Pricing and Payment

Under this standard, an order is subject to acceptance, payment authorization, fraud review, and product availability. Consistent with these terms, checkout charges use USD; Taxes are added whenever applicable law requires them.

Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation

Consistent with these terms, a customer may request that an order be cancelled before shipment, while a dispatched order is handled under the Refund Policy. As a service commitment, shipping, returns, privacy, and payment requirements are governed by their published policies and form part of these terms.

Products and Order Review

For a straightforward customer experience, we may correct catalog, availability, or presentation errors and will address a materially affected order before it is fulfilled.

Under this standard, nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not permit the store to exclude.
